Most AI products fail silently. The onboarding looks clean. The success banner fires. The confirmation email lands.
And the database is completely empty because no one on the team actually watched a real user go through the flow before launch.
I find exactly where that happens, and I find it before your users do.
The Problem With How AI Products Ship
There is a specific failure mode I see in AI products right now, and it is not a technology problem.
The technology works. The prompts are tuned. The UI looks good in Figma. But somewhere between the happy path your team designed and the actual path your users take, something breaks silently. A confirmation fires before the database write succeeds. A CTA is missing a preview. An invite flow blocks an entire segment of users because of a domain matching rule nobody tested.
The gap is not the build. It is the lack of a critical eye that builds the same products it audits.
A designer looks for visual friction. An engineer looks for bugs. A PM who has personally shipped AI products using Lovable, Supabase, and prompt-led development looks for something different: the logic failures, the prompt gaps, and the onboarding moments that look fine in a demo but fall apart at scale.
That is what I do.
The Audit Stack
I do not use a proprietary tool. I use the same judgment I apply to my own products:
✅ Product friction analysis — full walkthrough of your onboarding, core flow, and retention triggers as a real first-time user
✅ Prompt logic review — evaluation of every AI interaction in your product for accuracy, hallucination risk, and failure cases
✅ Live onboarding testing — I sign up, complete the flow, and document every point of confusion, drop-off, or broken expectation
✅ PRD gap analysis — cross-referencing what you intended to build against what actually shipped
The audit is not a usability study. It is a product PM doing what your team should have done before launch but ran out of time for.
What I Found in Real Audits
Skyp.ai: The CTA Nobody Could See
The product had a working CTA builder. Users could create CTAs and add them to email campaigns. But there was no preview of what the CTA would look like inside the actual email before it was sent.
That single missing feature was causing users to abandon the flow at the final step. They had done the work of building the CTA and then could not trust it enough to send it. The fix was straightforward. The cost of not catching it before launch was six weeks of confused support tickets.
That specific fix now comes up in every Skyp.ai demo.
Rezonant: The Invite Wall Nobody Flagged
Rezonant had a team invite feature that required domain matching with Gmail. It was a clean piece of logic from an engineering standpoint.
The problem: every solo PM trying to invite a collaborator with a different email domain got blocked. No error message that explained what was happening. No fallback. Just a failed invite with no obvious resolution.
The entire solo PM segment, which was a core part of the target audience, was locked out of the collaboration feature. I flagged this before launch. The fix took one sprint.
What You Get
There are three ways to work with me.
Flash Audit — $950
You get a friction log of every point of confusion, drop-off, or broken expectation in your product’s onboarding and core flow. You get a 10-minute Loom walking through exactly what I found and why it matters. You get a prioritized fix list ranked by user impact. Delivered in 3 days.
This is the right scope if you are pre-launch or you have a specific flow that is not converting the way it should.
Deep Dive — $1,900
Everything in the Flash Audit, plus a full prompt logic rewrite for any AI interactions I flag as risky, and a live debrief call where you can ask me anything about what I found.
This is the right scope if you have an AI-native product where the prompt layer is a first-class feature, not just a chatbot.
Monthly Partner — $3,700/month
An ongoing PM eye on your product. I review every new feature before it ships, audit your AI interactions on a rolling basis, and join your team’s review cycle as a critical external voice.
This is the right scope if you are shipping fast and want someone who builds the same type of product you do watching every release.
Why This Audit Is Different
I am not a consultant who has studied AI products. I have built them, using the same tools most founders are using right now: Lovable, Supabase, prompt-led development.
When I audit your product, I am not applying a checklist. I am applying the judgment of someone who has shipped an MVP in under 30 days, watched real users break features I thought were solid, and fixed the exact type of silent failures I am looking for in your product.
The authority here is not a credential. It is receipts.
Book Your Audit
If you are pre-launch, post-launch, or somewhere in between and you suspect your onboarding is leaking users in ways your team cannot see from the inside, I can find it.
