This is excellent work, Elena. Getting 30+ people to contribute for something that only existed as screenshots takes relationship capital most people don't have. Reading this felt like watching someone get married under extreme circumstances. You just kept moving through every crisis because you'd already made the commitment and backing out wasn't an option. That's badass. What stands out is you didn't use "solo founder" as an excuse for half-measures.
Absolutely love this and am enjoying each door. Posting results in my notes. All of the fun aside, I can't believe how much I've learned already. Tools and prompts I hadn't tried. The best part is they were all easy.
